The A.J. Fletcher Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity formed by the founder of Capitol Broadcasting Company, the late A.J. Fletcher. The Foundation is organized to support The Fletcher Academy School of Achievement, a school for learning-disabled children, and also supports the work of other charitable, civic and social organizations. The school is for students who need a highly structured, very personalized context in which to learn. The school provides students with opportunities to discover the strengths of their own minds and to develop learning styles consistent with those strengths.
