ADRA – Sri Lanka
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency Sri Lanka is an independent humanitarian agency established in Sri Lanka in 1994 by the Seventh Day Adventist Church for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA Sri Lanka is linked to the ADRA network, with more than 25 supporting countries and a presence in more than 120 countries.

ADRA Sri Lanka is registered as a NGO, at the National Secretariat for Non Governmental Organizations in the Ministry of Social Services, in Sri Lanka. ADRA Sri Lanka is also a member of the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies in Sri Lanka.

ADRA Sri Lanka recognizes the dignity that is inherent in each person and is committed to improving quality of human life. ADRA Sri Lanka serves people without regard to their ethnic, political, or religious association.
It simply helps people in need, especially those most vulnerable such as women, children, and senior citizens.
