Objectives:
To build and strengthen sustainable human and institutional capacity in the core public sector, in the sector’s interface areas with the private sector and civil society, in training and research institutions as well as within regional organizations in order to spur economic growth, poverty reduction, good governance and effective participation by Africa in the global economy.
