ASUK works in an area where people are blighted by natural disaster, poverty and illiteracy. Among them women are more vulnerable. They have little alternatives and are absent from social and economic life. ASUK was established in 1987 to work alongside the disadvantaged, especially women, to support them in facing poverty and natural disaster and develop their leadership quality.
