HCWF is a non governmental organisation, founded by a group of benevolent persons concerned for the welfare of children, including: social volunteer, lawyers, businessmen, groups of religios followers and those who are interested in social affairs and want to dedicate their time and donations in bringing happiness to young people in Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.
Main objectives
– To meet the demands of socially and economically vulnerable children.
– To publicise the needs of these children and to support those children suffering from malnutrition, who are disabled, living on the streets, neglected, badly treated, sexually abused, or having problems in fully developing their potential skills.
– HCWF is always mobilising the Vietnamese citizens, related State Authorities, Groups at all levels, local and mass organisations and international organisations for resources and for an effective network of protection and care of disadvantaged children
