We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization whose vision is the preservation of the Yellow Dog River and surrounding area in Northern Marquette County of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

The Yellow Dog is a wild trout stream that flows through miles of undeveloped wilderness and supports many rare species – the moose, the wolf, and the peregrine falcon to name a few. Picture cascading waterfalls, great fishing and a wonderful back country for hiking. This is the Yellow Dog and our goal is to keep it as pristine as possible.

Vision:

Preserving the Yellow Dog Watershed in its most natural state for the use of the public, now, and for the benefit of future generations.
