Training and capacity building for the youth, organising unorganised labourers through a registered trade union; women empowerment through leadership and capacity building, resources and development, management system, checking women atrocities and antiliquor movement; financial assistance to 65 women groups; soil and water management through watershed, rehabilitation and resettlement of coal mine workers; working against child labour through education; bio-sphere conservation movements; reproductive and child health care; child and women development and they are also involved in research. Their work covers 780 villages in Orissa.
